I help families get sleep
Resources and one-on-one consulting for families with children pre-birth to age 8

Hi there!
I’m Margit. I am a mother, Waldorf early childhood educator M.Ed., and a certified sleep consultant. I am a guiding light for parents struggling with sleep—cutting through the confusing and often contradictory advice available by giving families step-by-step plans using evidence-based methods and providing support every step of the way. My passion is helping children sleep using sleep science and helping parents reclaim the joys of parenthood by getting the rest they need.

What People are Saying
“We felt like Margit really encompassed what it means to be of real help to others-- to see them as they could be, to see the potential, and to offer advice on the necessary conditions to make the dreams come true. I have started having dreams again.. because we started sleeping through the night within 3 days of beginning our sleep plan.”
