How does it work?
You will receive my family sleep intake form in my welcome email.
After you fill it out, we will have a 1.5 hour consultation in which we establish your sleep goals, your method to achieving your goals based on your values and desires, you will learn about healthy sleep habits, and I will answer and questions you may have.
I create an individualized step-by-step plan for you.
You implement the plan when you feel ready to start.
We check in daily to celebrate successes and troubleshoot any set-backs.

In this package you will learn all about newborn sleep. Your little one’s sleep changes rapidly in the first few months of life. Start your parenting journey off with confidence and set your baby up to have healthy sleep habits from the start. With these habits in place, formal sleep training is often not needed later in infancy. It is perfect for expectant parents and newborns birth - 16 weeks. It makes a great baby shower gift!
